Water Damage Below Bathroom

Water that leaks from a toilet does not always flow straight down.  The leak may cause the water to slowly run along a water pipe or other surfaces in the subfloor and into the room below.  The leak may occur for several feet and over a lengthy period of time before signs of water damage are actually visible.

An invisible water leak can cause costly structural damage to the bathroom floor and to the ceiling, walls, floor and furniture of the room below the bathroom.
